Refund and Return Policy
At Feyarl, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with our products. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
1. Returns
- We accept returns on items within [7] days of receipt the goods. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. I caused by quality defects and the items that was incorrect, defective, or has been damaged during shipment, excluding any damage resulting from human error. Please contact our customer service team: support@feyarl.com , and we will immediately help you.
- Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at support@feyarl.com. We will provide you with a return authorization and instructions on how to return the item.
2. Refunds
- Refund Process: Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will process the refund to your original method of payment. Please note that it may take [5-10] business days for the refund to reflect on your account, depending on your payment provider.
- Partial Refunds: In certain situations, only partial refunds may be granted (e.g., items that are returned after the 30-day period, items with obvious signs of use, etc.).
- Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
3. Cancellations
To cancel an order, please notify us within 48 hours. We do not accept cancellations for Made-To-Order items after 48 hours. If an order is cancelled after the order has been shipped or processed, customers are responsible for round trip shipping charges even if Feyarl paid for the original shipment (i.e. Free Shipping).
